1. Booking Confirmation

  • An advance payment is required to reserve your private theatre slot.

  • Cancel at least 72 hours before your reserved time for a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees).

2. How to Cancel

  • Submit your cancellation request via WhatsApp (+91 70362 34345) or our Contact Us page.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 2 working days, and the amount typically reflects in your original payment source within 3–5 business days.

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

  • No refund is provided if cancellation is requested less than 72 hours before the event.

  • Late arrivals or no-shows are also non-refundable.
